What equipment do I need?
Row Forge is built for Concept2 ergs with a PM5 monitor. Connect through the mobile app to run structured sessions and capture performance data.
What does Row Forge Intelligence do?
It uses your tests, training history, recent results, and campaign progress to recommend what to train next, explain completed workouts, and answer training questions.
How do the web portal and mobile app work together?
Use the mobile app to connect to your PM5 and complete workouts. Use either the app or web portal to browse training and review your progress.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose monthly or semi-annual billing. Your membership follows your account across the app and web portal. The billing provider shows trial eligibility and renewal terms before you subscribe, and you cancel through that provider.
Why not just use Concept2 Workout of the Day?
Workout of the Day gives you a workout to try. Row Forge uses your tests and recent results to suggest a next session, set targets, and explain how it fits your training.
Is Row Forge reliable?
Live workouts need a PM5 connection in the mobile app. If a connection or sync fails, contact support@rowforge.com with the workout date and device so we can investigate. You can review saved results in your logbook.
How is this different from cheaper training apps?
Regular membership combines PM5 workouts, a Viking Power Profile built from your tests, a logbook, and daily training direction. Check the plan and renewal terms before subscribing to decide if those tools are worth the price to you.
Are the recommendations really based on my data?
Row Forge Intelligence uses your tests, training history, recent results, and campaign progress. It shows why a session is suggested so you can judge it instead of following a generic list.
Do I need to be a competitive rower?
No. You can use Row Forge with a Concept2 RowErg, SkiErg, or BikeErg with a PM5. Start from your own baseline and train toward your own goal.
